Awful experience !!! Stayed here with friends on public holiday and was gobsmacked by the poor level of customer service experience staff there obtain. Had an awful experience with old lady manager who became incredibly nosey when checking in - asking personal questions as I was from town - highly unprofessional and made me uncomfortable (I urge you if you are from town avoid this place). She then attempted to kick us out after a short disagreement about a toilet roll......she struggled to get customers toilet paper after hours and came down to our door demanding we should have asked earlier throughout the day (when we were out all day) if we needed more - again highly unprofessional as it is a common thing to run out of. She was banging so loudly and screaming at us - only bringing atttention from other visitors going about their normal day. Furthermore, she walked down a second time and gave us one toilet roll but held this in her hand as she continued to scream at us you should of asked earlier and act quite child like. As we had defended ourselves and told her how disgusting her behaviour was, she walked upstairs in rage and then got her husband (or some other old man) to come down and attempt to give us a spill about it as well. He had actually banged so loudly and with such force on the door my friend and I were too nervous to open the door, as we were trying to prevent further abuse. As this experience was highly distressing and confusing we had decided to leave the premis to cut their back and forth bullying behaviour. In all my travels I have never experienced such rude ignorant and obviously lazy attitude towards customers staying in your hotel and Ive stayed in hotels across the globe. Just some advice: DO NOT PLACE AN AFTER HOURS NUMBER ON YOUR WINDOW IF YOU DO NOT WANT IT TO BE CALLED (its your job if you dont like it, leave it!)
Nice newly renovated rooms, comfortable beds and friendly staff. Couldn't ask for more
Great motel. The owners are hard working lovely people and so helpful. Coming but later in the year for fishing
