Stayed for 6 nights and the apartment was not serviced once!!!!! Ran out of toilet paper and had to use tissues, when my husband went to reception to ask for toilet paper the older woman at reception was not friendly and just handed over 1 toilet roll no comment or sorry for not servicing the apartment. No offer of a fresh towel. Gave 1 star because we like where the apartments are and quite nice apartment .a bit smelly when we first entered. Very disappointing when you want your bed made because you paid full price for an apartment. It is a nice luxury you don't get a home. .oh well very sad
Stayed for 3 nights and was very disappointed that neither a toaster or microwave avail in hotel room with ocean view. Would have thought space provided in prep bench area plenty big enough for both appliances. Have found these to be standard in many lesser grade motels. Tiny weeny Dometic fridge (smaller than a barfridge) with no freezer compartment barely kept food cool enough, however when raised with management, they did inspect fridge while we were out and we returned to a better performing temperature. Beware of using spa bath when needing shower. Huge 570mm step up into and out of bath - very dangerous especially when getting out! Needs portable step or something. At the very least, a handle to grip onto is a must. Don't know how most people manage at all. Staff attentive & friendly. Location good if u have a car but if fitness level is average, be aware of challenging walk uphill on return from shops. Pool and BBQ facilities most enjoyable.
Nice place with great views. A bit dated inside and needed a thorough clean. Value for money.
We had a great apartment (Unit 12) with awesome views of the town and sea. Was spacious and had lots of useful features (dishwasher, washing machine etc). Definitely worth the price and definitely recommend. However - the female manager was somewhat stand offish and a little unfriendly. To access Oshen you have to walk up a steep hill so might be a deal breaker for some.
Overall it was a lovely stay and the apartment was way better than we expected in terms of view, layout, and functionality. Female manager wasn't the friendliest but it didn't ruin the stay. Internet said it had to be paid for but was freely accessible and we never got charged. Although view wasn't complete ocean view it was lovely. Would highly recommend.
