Welcoming atmosphere, local owners Michael and Suzie who are absolutely wonderful. All of their staff are very approachable and friendly. Feel at ease when there doing a workout.

Love working out at YHFC. Awesome staff, full of encouragement. Friendly atmosphere. If I am doing something in the wrong way, I like how I am shown the correct way. That means alot abd injuries remain nil! Thanks guys!!
