Best value gym around. Needs more deodorant for some smelly clients.
The staff are very encouraging and are willing to cater for all levels of fitness, they're with you step by step. I just completed the 28 Day Booty Buster challenge and I have to say it was the best experience, the meal plan and workouts were realistic and practical. Big shout out to pt Lace for everything, whether it's helping with getting the weights up or completely the last set alongside me. Thank you all so much
