Hi all, of recent day's there has been an extremely peculiar individual actually living in the shopping centre carpark. With the permanent residency of this character one can only come to the conclusion that centre management appear to be ok with this scenario, no wonder the retail occupancy is struggling. Personally i refuse to converse with this Shopping Centre Clown .
