Little bit of climbing for a nice view
Lovely lovely place great views fantastic scenery and
A short, steep climb with amazing views of the region. Be warned it is rough and tough, with loose rocks and some scrambling using hands required. Water is recommended, especially in summer, and snakes are regularly seen in the area. There is no disabled access, and no hope of getting a pram up either. There are no toilets, bins or water. It is only around 1km from carpark to summit, however people of average fitness will take 20-40 minutes to reach the top. Very few have made it under 10 minutes. The mountain has recently been returned to its original name, Baga, at the request of the local Darumbal elders.
A nice short walk very close to the highway but quite intense climb , you may get down on all fours sometimes whilst climbing the mountain The views are spectacular to the coast and back towards Mount Archer
So beautiful. A good little workout to climb to the top. But worth it
