When I was pregnant and had a very painful tooth, Dr. Luke Christiansen was the one dentist out of a dozen I called who would see me and he got me in right away. It ended up being a very difficult and time-consuming procedure, but he not only did it (knowing that the oral surgeon probably wouldn't be my best option, considering my pregnancy and how long I'd have to wait in pain for treatment), but didn't flinch with my frequent breaks for nausea and vomiting. He also let me work out a payment plan, and has been flexible with all of my treatment since then. Five years later, I now live in Gladstone and gladly drive to Yeppoon for my (and my kids') dental work. It's hard to find a dentist you can trust, but everything about this practice - from the friendly welcome to the willingness to help to the non-judgmental advice and honesty - is five star. Highly recommended!
Professional prompt treatment. The dentists are respectful and friendly and explain procedures very well. The admin staff and dental assistants are also efficient friendly and helpful.Patients can watch Netflix while being treated which is very relaxing.Best dentists I have been to.
I wanted to share my positive experience today visiting Keppel Dental... Lyndsey is the friendliest dentist Ive ever met. She had a lovely chat and was very warm and attentive. Both of her dental assistants were just as accomodating. Their calm and welcoming nature (with the added bonus of watching Netflix on a ceiling TV with headphones) made having dental work completed a very pleasant experience. The front reception staff were also very kind and helpful. Ill definitely recommend Lyndsey and the team at Keppel Dental without hesitation.
I would highly recommend Keppel Dental. We straight away felt welcomed. They went absolutely above and beyond in service, right from the start with lovely ladies at the recieption desk to lying in the chair getting our teeth checked by the wonderful Lyndsey. Who was just amazing! I loved how they made the extra effort in making visiting the dentist such a positive experience for our daughter! Would not go anywhere else
