If you order more then 2 meals expect to be asked too wait plus dont expect everything on the menu to be available they have that many break downs and equipment down time honestly surprises me it can be called a business
Coffee is great made it the way I liked it
NICE HAPPY & HELPFUL COUNTER STAFF. PITTY THE FOOD STAFF CAN'T GET IT RIGHT. VERY DISAPPOINTING NOT GETTING WHAT YOU ORDER. AND HARD TO FIND A CLEAN TABLE, PRETTY SHABBY MOST OF THE TIME UNFORTUNATELY.
Used to live in yeppoon and I have to say it's the worst McDonald's I have ever been too. Every time they mucked up the order or over charged us and mostly the service was below average
Tonight we decided to go simple. Two hash browns and two coffees on skim milk. Sitting in the car. We get our coffees and are told to wait for our hash browns . Thats okay, we understand McDonalds get busy. I took a sip, typically when I drink it its pretty hot but this time it was barely warm. I send it back and wait. Yet when they come back, the coffee is somehow colder.I asked politely, can you please heat it up or get another one?To which the servers friendly attitude shifted into a passive aggressive demeanour. She asked me if I wanted them to heat up their coffee to or past the legal point (80 degrees) instead of the 75 they gave us.It was definitely not 75 degrees.In the end I just gave up and handed the coffee back without a refund.So disappointed.
